BIOGRAPHY

LaF are formed round the songwriting partnership of Phil Matthews (guitars) and Alastair Boden (vocals) as a live band in 2011 after a number of years as a recording only unit.

Joined by Andy Dobson (bass guitar), Rachel McCullough (harmony vocals) and Don Payton (various percussion), LaF has been building up a tremendous reputation locally, and is considered Number One Indie Pop Band in the East Midlands according to Reverbnation.com, while their music has been picked up by over 200 radio stations worldwide, and there can hardly be a day when LaF music does not feature somewhere in the world.

To add to their catalogue of self-released albums LaF currently has a CD of the best songs to date out on the Jupiter’s Moon label titled “Random Play All”.
