Our goal is to produce Christ centered music that's candy to the ear and medicine for the soul. We strive to excel in every way we can, but especially emphasize the anointing of the Holy Spirit, relevancy, originality and effective delivery. We have published contemporary Christian songs primarily in Mandarin, and occasionally also in Taiwanese, Cantonese and English.
Lamb Music was born when God put a call on SehLin's life to minister to the Lord and to help raise up worshipers in this generation. SehLin grew up in Taiwan and later came to Southern California for graduate study. She was a design engineer for telecommunications equipment before going into full time ministry.
In 1994, SehLin started to capture her worship and prayers to God in songs. In 1998, a web site was set up to share those songs. When inquiries for CDs came in, she stepped out in faith and saw God provide miraculously. In February of 1999, Lamb Music released their first CD titled "Cheering". They have since released seven more albums to date and through the years have received reports of people coming or returning to faith in Jesus Christ as well as physical and emotional healing when the Holy Spirit touched them through these albums.
"When people say that a certain song made them weep all day as their hearts were deeply touched by God, or that Lamb Music CDs made them want to raise their hands or kneel down to worship, it always puts a smile on my face. Because that means I'm doing my job as a friend of the Bridegroom."
In September of year 2002, SehLin saw God's hand moving her into full time ministry and has since ministered in churches in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States. Lamb Music's devotional web site, Lamb Music Cafe, continues to provide worship music and inspiring articles to worship leaders and weary souls seeking comfort.
"One of the best things about serving God is that you get to be co-laborer with the Holy Spirit and see Him do what only God can do through you. This is so satisfying that Jesus said doing God's work is food to him. It is also very freeing because we don't need to make things happen, but God cares about people so much that He is bound to show up if we let Him." As a singer, songwriter and worship leader, SehLin's pursuit is to learn the way of the Holy Spirit so she can be a better channel to see people healed, set free and be passionately in love with the Lord Jesus.
