LorieAnna is a Madison, Wisconsin based singer-songwriter who has been performing her piano-driven songs for live audiences regularly since the release of her first album Long Way in 2010. Her musical style is described as Pop, Adult Contemporary, and Singer-Songwriter in the vein of artists like Sarah McLachlan, Shawn Colvin, Dido, and Colbie Caillat. She is a refreshing and unexpected surprise from most of the indie/contemporary folk female artists today. There is a timelessness about the sound of her voice, vulnerability in her lyrics, and style that is so beautifully executed.
