Lorraine Bowen

Lorraine Bowen writes her own jaunty songs, performs them and makes people laugh!
She recently won David Waliams' Golden Buzzer Award on Britain's Got Talent. Life has never been the same again!

Mistress of melody, domestic goddess on Casio organ, she plays cabaret venues, festivals, clubs, birthdays, weddings, civil partnerships and private parties.
Lorraine entertains any age with a set of original songs on her trusty Casio organ mixed in with self recorded backing tracks from her five self-penned albums.

Lorraine links her songs with up-to-date surreal comedy; hilarious stories of her musical colon, bingo wings and burgers. She has you in stitches in no time!

Lorraine Bowen was spotted by Billy Bragg at the Hackney Empire many years ago and after playing piano with his band across the UK and Europe, went on to help him improving his vocals on several albums and singles including Sexuality. Billy encouraged Lorraine to start up on her own with a couple of songs and five albums later, she has never looked back.

Lorraine performs solo in the UK and internationally. She has toured across Canada, USA and Italy.

Lorraine also has a few other shows too!
Polyester Fiesta (, Lorraine Bowen’s Vital Organs, Lullaby, Comfort Zone and Suburban Exotica.
