After years of experience in other popular East Coast bands, Tim Isaac and Nina Khosla joined musical forces in 2009 to form something completely new: Lovestorm. They released their debut CD ‘Great Ocean’ in the spring of 2010, garnering nominations from both the East Coast Music Association and Music New Brunswick for Pop Recording of the Year.

Accompanying Nina, Tim redefines just what a cello can do. From its natural mellow and sultry voice to a hair-raising side-winding rock instrument, he stretches the cello into exciting new territory. His thick orchestral loops and beats blend beautifully with Nina's expressive voice and stage presence. Nina’s lyrics range from intimate matters of the heart to a sincere appreciation for earth's beauty and delights. All this, combined with her flourishes of harmonium, flute, and keyboard results in something wonderfully engaging, at once sacred and sensual.
