Luciano Abruzez is a brazilian singer, songwriter, producer, multi-intrumentalist and journalist – graduated at PUC Campinas University. In the begining of 2010 he released his first solo album in Brazil, the EP "Vinte e Um" (Twenty-one), through a deal between his record label, the Kazuloo and the largest independent distributor in the country, the Tratore. During two months of last year, the album was one of the most selling of the company.
The album was recorded and produced by the musician in 2008 in a home-studio and mixes influences from acoustic rock, soul, blues and MPB (Brazilian Popular Music). Besides singing, Abruzez plays guitar, eletric guitar, drums and percussion.
To promote the album, in 2010 he started an independent tour in Brazil. Abruzez was in some major cities in the country like Campinas/SP, Ribeirao Preto/SP, São Paulo/SP, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Curitiba/PR, Porto Alegre/RS, Brasília/DF and Recife/PE. Moreover, in March 2011 the musician traveled to Los Angeles/USA to perform in a project of the city government.
The initiative has been featured in major newspapers, radio, television and news portals in Brazil, as Correio Braziliense, Folha Online, People's Post, CBN, TVE, Radio Senado, among others.
