The main rule to approach Nubiola’s musical work is to understand his different ways of expression. As a performer, Nubiola possesses a refined technique on his musical language, which consolidates his own ideas along with expressiveness.
Luis Nubiola’s creative element makes us deal with singular master works of Latin Jazz  which produce a very unusual ecstasy in our jazz musical environment.
"Luis Nubiola is a fusion of new elements, always searching for a new proposal, at all times trusting the Afro-Cuban influence". Explained the musician.
Currently Luis Nubiola lives in Europe where he has been working with musicians like Leszek Możdżer, Zbigniew Namysłowski ,Paweł Kaczmarczyk, Grzegorz Grzyb, José Manuel Albán Juárez, Michael Baranski, Włodek Pawlik, and many others .
His latest project is the "Luis Nubiola Trio” and his new release: "Memories from the Baltic", he is promoting his work and recording new material with two great musicians from Poland: Marcin Chenczke (bass) and Mariusz Koszel (drums). With these young and talented artists, Luis Nubiola makes an interesting fusion with aspects of his Cuban culture and the recognized tradition of Polish jazz, whilst incorporating aspects of the traditional folk music of both cultures.
