M.

Biography

"My voice is unadorned. I don't try for perfection. I try to be honest and truthful and soulful with the voice I have. If I make mistakes in notes, or there are cracks in notes, I don't fix them. That's the way it is." - Neil Diamond

A love of music can be interpreted in different ways. There are those who passionately devote themselves to it hours per day whether they sing, play, or compose. There are those who are happy to simply listen to other people’s records. At times, they’ll imagine those records as their very own.

M. is right in the middle. Not a real musician per say but not just a music lover either. An outsider musician if you will.

With the vital help of a music producer, he has been able to record four records.

The first one simply titled LUCY Y FER is where you’ll find his humble beginnings.

The second one is given the French title of L’Amour Est Mort. He considers it to be his sexual decadent record.

The third one being In Absentia is another personal record for M. It talks about a time of personal and financial struggles. A time of questioning virtue. A time of real isolation.

In Absentia is the record where he pulls together the aggressiveness of Lucyyfer and the melodic sensibilities of L’Amour Est Mort.

The fourth one is his all Spanish language record entitled Pequeno Pionero. It has been a dream of his to record a Latin record but with his own singular twist.
