About the Artists
Maria Lauren uses her skill as an on-staff certified lifestyle educator by developing and instructing body/mind fitness programs for nationally recognized health care organizations and wellness centers. Maria has been active in the fitness industry for over 30 years, winning two national awards and hosting a weekly television health and fitness series. Maria Lauren is also an entertainer, who performed with legends Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bob Hope and balances the demands of an active life with being a wife, mother and promoting a positive lifestyle.
Al Alberici who happens to be the younger brother of Maria, began writing pop songs with her in his teen years. His musical influences vary greatly from hard rock to smooth jazz. In his early years he never would have imagined that hearing his music had put someone to sleep would indeed be a compliment! Over the last 10 years Al has been writing songs and leading worship for his local church.
