Mark Mosher is an electronic musician, composer, sound designer, and visual synthesist from Boulder, Colorado. He is also a seasoned performer who has played 100s of shows in bands prior to launching his own one-man show in 2010.
He records and performs engaging sci-fi inspired original composed electronica and improvised experimental music shows using state-of-the art expressive synthesizers and samplers. He also creates his own interactive visuals on-the-fly via live camera input with visual synthesis.
He’s been invited to play festivals and theaters around the country such as Electro-Music Festival NY, Electro-Music Festival in Asheville NC, Pacific Northwest Synthfest, Art Institute of Sunnyvale, Georgia Tech, Midwest Electro-Music Experience, The Microsoft Store, the grand opening of the University of Denver’s Performance Black Box and more. He is one of the first electronic music artists to perform at The Dairy Center for the Performing Arts in Boulder, CO.
Mark also creates interactive installations and was invited by the Bob Moog Foundation to bring his 9 Box Social Musical Instrument (based on smart infrared Percussa AudioCubes) to take part in Dr. Bob’s Interactive Sonic Experience at the epic Mountain Oasis Festival 2013 in Asheville, NC.
