Melany Perkins,
Children's Singer-Songwriter & Edutainer
MELANY PERKINS IS ON A MISSION...
to deliver good music and good ideas to kids.
She has written and recorded three albums, to date including the brand new "Animalopolis". Her music is a diverse mix of pop, blues and acoustic that appeals to adults as well as kids of all ages. All of Melany's albums have the songs grouped so half are upbeat and the second half subdued ending with a lullaby. Her trademark, " AM for Dancin' & PM for Chillin' " is designed to help parents and teachers create a soundscape for movement or rest. Melany's music is fun, educational and inspirational, bringing young and old together for a shared joyful experience.
Melany and her husband and partner, Tim "Mr. Science" Perkins travel the world with their edutainment production company Banana Box Roadshows.
