BIOGRAPHY
Merja Elisabeth has been composing and writing songs most of her life. She grew up in northern Finland, in Lapland, and has always appreciated the inheritance of shamanic culture of the northern Finland. Merja has written ballads in finnish and in english, but for the last few years she has been focussing more on dynamic rhythms.
Merja is an expressive arts therapist and a journalist. She believes in the power of subconcsious and intuition that can be expressed through music, dance and rhythm. Soul Language was born as she started singing words and melodies that did not exist. Then, the lyrics and melodies are born in the moment and cannot be repeated again.
