I have been writing songs since I was 16 and I am now a little bit older than that. Music related claim to fame so far is as manager of a well-respected folk music coffeehouse during the mid 1980's in Jamaica Plain, Mass called Peacock Coffeehouse (see tribute page on my site), I have tried to keep my connections to the acoustic music community over the years, more strongly at some times than others. I have created a CD for a musical project called Tenderness and Joy in addition to Fifty MIles Away, my most recent CD, drawn from five songs written during February Album Writing Month (FAWM) 2011.
I will be performing my first official gig on Friday, May 27th at Catbird Cafe in South Weymouth. MA. The photo is of Uxbridge,Mass which is 50 miles away from Weymouth. Mass where I live on the South Shore near Boston.
