On October 16th 2008 Mike Rimmey performed live on the ICM Awards Show in Nashville, TN. He performed his song Dadd'ys Little Girl, and left the stage with a standing ovation. The show was broadcast worldwide on NRB, Cornerstone, Worship, TCT, Faith Christian Networks.

In 2006 Mike was nominated for “New Artist of the Year” at the Inspirational Country Music Awards in Nashville, TN. This following a spectacular year which saw two #1 singles, two songwriting awards, major market radio airplay, and a performance at the Grand Ole' Opry and the Whitehouse in Washington D.C.
2008 has already been successful as "All About You", Mike's current radio single hits #1 on the Powersource magazine chart and is in heavy rotation in Christian Country radio playlists nationwide.
Also, Mike's song "Turn It Over" won honorable mention in the NSAI/CMT songwriters competition!
