Mo-Sh-aun

MO-Sh-aun (Moshaun) has released their first single “ Are You Sure” This song was originally made popular by the Staple Singers in the 1970’s and is in line with the lyrical content that the group has vouched to deliver to the world for the upliftment of humanity. This is the first single from their album which is to be released in 2012.
“Are You Sure” was produced by Grub Cooper of Fab 5 Band fame and has already started to get double spin on top radio stations in Jamaica.
Monique Brown, Shanique Brown and Shauna-Kay Brown are siblings, Monique and Shanique are twins.
This moment has been eagerly awaited by many who are aware of the strong musical genes in them. They are the children of Owen Brown popular radio personality and Shirley McLean, who starred the 80’s and early 90’s with numerous reggae hit songs in Jamaica and around the world.
Their brother Gavinchi Brown has already made his mark in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, and West Coast of United States of America as a Roots Reggae DJ to be reckoned with.
Their aunt and uncle Sonia McLean and Norman McLean reaped great success in the early ‘80’s with their hit on the British Chart “You Never Know What You’ve got”, which earned them a performance on the then sought after TV show “Top Of The Pops”
Monique and Shanique are in the final year of High School while Shauna-Kaye is in the 2nd year at The University of The West Indies. Having achieved excellent academic achievement so far they have now moved into the entertainment arena with the same drive, dedication and discipline.
Deeply rooted in their spiritual belief, they know that love is the foundation of all and that love is the answer to all the challenges being faced in the world today. They now embark on spreading a message of love to encourage people to unleash the greatness within them. In so doing, they are also destined for greatness.
MO-Sh-aun is on the rise, and so it is.
