Money, The Lords Prophet/profit, not an artist, more of a canvas intricately manifesting the expression of The Creator. Born February 24, 1987, Jeremy Micah Thrash, is the son of Jeffery & Sandra Thrash. A husband, father, Youth Pastor, Graphic Artist, emcee, mentor/leader, as well as pushing the culture of the Kingdom of God through his music and art, Money expects to make more leeway with his first single, "Everywhere I Go" off of his first self-released project, Lyrical Renaissance. Named After two biblical prophets, Jeremiah and Micah, Money was instilled the word of God at a young age. Along the way, like many in His generation, he pursued a life devoid of real worth. A rocky road that brought him into an environment escorting the experiences that would pattern a visualization for the artist he would later become. Once using his musical talents to cater to worldly living, now Money utilizes his craft to literally change culture by carrying a destined message. Money's message is not a religious message, its a Kingdom message. The origin of the name "Money" has a supernatural storyline. During a life-changing encounter with God, Money asked since he had went by the alias while composing/performing secular music would it be favorable if he changed his moniker to go with his 'new life.' Weeks passed with no answer until God unexpectedly responded with, " look in the dictionary." Opening a dictionary immediately Money ran across these three words, "MEDIUM OF EXCHANGE." As he meditated, a revelation was brought to light. God spoke, "just as money is recognized as an instrument accepted as an exchange for goods, I want you to become my medium. You give the world a message from me, and in return I (God) will receive the glory." then God ended with, " people love money so much, they die for it, I love you so much that i died for you." Now understanding His new identity and purpose Money began working on His first solo project, Lyrical Renaissance. Lyrical Renaissance is now available on online stores. Now building an independent label, Kingdom Empire, as well as establishing other projects, Money looks to launch the good news of the Kingdom to the nations. Collaborating with others, Money looks beyond a stage and a mic but towards a desire to see the Kingdom of God establish its own infrastructure on Earth. Money has opened up for national recording artists such as Capital Kings, Derek Minor, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Luminate, KJ-52, 33 Miles, Wordplay, performed for major events such as Mobile's BayFest, Dove Awards Pre-Show, as well as premiered on TBN. Today, Money is building a network of talent around him under his Kingdom Empire imprint, while diligently prepping a new EP entitled, Gold-Blooded which is set to be released early 2014.
