From the moment she picked up her first guitar at the age of 5 she fell in love with Music. Morgan began writing songs at the age 10 and wrote the first song that she performed in public “I Believe in You” at 14 as an assignment for her theater class. After that assignment she was hooked. In February 2012 Morgan released her first CD "The Way I Felt About Us" which features Lloyd Maines playing on her song "Rain".
Morgan has been fortunate enough to have worked with great Texas Musicians such as Terri Hendrix, Lloyd Maines, Connie Mims, Peter “Ren” Renfree and Andi Renfree of 2 Bit Palomino, Kyle Hutton, Tres Womack, Drew Womack, Susan Gibson and Shellee Coley.
Not only is Morgan a writer and musician but she is also loves to teach. She worked with the “Real Life Real Music” songwriting camp this summer as a junior mentor and also with “Camp Praise” which is a Christian songwriting camp run by Theresa Yow. Morgan is also a member of “Tunes For Tots” which raises money for Children’s Charities across the country.
Morgan has played at several venues around Texas including Dosey Doe’s, Puffabelly’s, Parish Underground, Humble Good Oil Days, Pet Fest, Christmas in Old Town Spring, Springboard South. Main Street Crossing, Red Brick Tavern and currently has a residence at Crust Pizza in The Woodlands. She was a semi- finalist in the Texas Independent Music Expo Songwriting Competition and selected for the Youth Talent Competition at Old Settlers Music Festival in Austin Texas.
Morgan new single "Sick of You" is due out in the spring of 2015 and she is currently in the studio working on her new EP which is due out November 2015.
