Mr. D.O.G. is a northwest Icon and stands out as the successful representative chosen to bring the attention of the music industry to not only his home city of Tacoma but to the great northwest region as whole.

Born in Houston, TX and raise in Tacoma, WA from age of 12, D.O.G decided at a young age that he would not let the streets defeat him. As he grew older he developed a great passion for music and he began teaching himself to write lyrics and perfect a flow that he would use to bring success to himself and his home city. Since then, he has released a multitude of singles and Eps, 4 solo projects, a compilation, two mix-tapes, and CEO'd and produced several other artists' projects. His hard work has been accompanied by the accolades received from his peers. These awards include:
* 2002 Seattle's Mayor's Award for Business Acumen and Musical Excellence (KUBE 93 "Pre-Summer Jam" and NW Music Awards)
* 2010 Rapper of the Year (West-Coast Hip Hop Awards 3)
* 2010 Top 5 most prominent NW Artists (MurderDog)
* 2011 Rapper of the Year (West-Coast Hip Hop Awards 4)
Throughout his 15+ years in the music industry, Mr. D.O.G. has worked along side of Too Short, E-40, Ludacris, the Clipse, Fabolous, Sean Paul, Game, Kokane, Suga-Free, Keak Da Sneak, Mac Dre, and too many more to name. Mr. D.O.G.'s latest release, "Streets of tha Tac" professes his greatest with features with some of the biggest names in Hip Hop like Snoop Dogg and many more.
