Mulally started In Seattle as a couple musicians with loop stations and and at times has included a ragtangle of different musicians for shows and tours.
Around since 2005, Mulally - headed by multi-instrumentalist Christopher Mulally - has released five albums and has received acclaim from press from along the West Coast.
In May, 2012, Mulally moved from Seattle to Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Inspired by the freedom and beauty of a five-week road trip across a country, he is in the process of working on the sixth Mulally album, in collaboration with local musicians.

"Piano-heavy folk-pop, dusty drum marches and haunting vocals build a lush sound, and lyrics are both sharp and sad at once. I listened to their tune “Downtown” on repeat today, and tried not to infuriate co-workers with my urge to stomp along.” — Alie Ward, MetroMix Los Angeles
“Timeless. Johnny Malone is just that. Three days after hearing the song for the first time i find myself still humming the eerie tune. ”
— Chad Melton, DLIST
“Its not a band in which every chorus sounds the same. Its not a band that's sucking on the trends of today or taking a trail that's already been blazed. ”
— Bill Mickelson, North Kitsap Herald
"Mulally's music defies easy description. The music is catchy, often drenched in synthesizers and built on a foundation of bold, emotional chord progressions under his high ethereal vocals." "
— Michael Moore, Kitsap Sun
