Nastia is a Russian born artist, whose music fuses a myriad of styles and influences. Nastia's debut album 'Lost in Silence' is the result of her extraordinary journey from classical pianist to contemporary singer-songwriter.
Great -granddaughter of legendary stage director Vladimir Nemirovich-Danchenko, Nastia began studying piano at the age of 5 in Moscow. From early childhood, she was immersed into the world of classical music and opera, performing, practicing and touring in Europe.
In 2005, Nastia moved to Los Angeles to study piano, completing degrees in piano and musicology at UCLA and USC, and performing at various venues and festivals.
However, during her long life as a classical pianist, Nastia has always loved to sing. A kaleidoscope of life experiences has inspired Nastia to begin writing her own songs and has provided the opportunity for a new departure.
