Biography

Over Orange Heights / Adrian Otterman

In the Green Mountain state, where bluegrass and jam bands rein, Over Orange Heights is cutting its own path through the woods. Led by Adrian Otterman ("attorney by day, rocker by night" - Burlington Free Press)("a rock musician unlike any other" - World Magazine), Over Orange Heights creates "grand, borderline bombastic 70's inspired rock" - Burlington Free Press. Grounded by Tom Longfellow on the Drums and Josh Hayford on the Bass, the band rips into new original classics with passion and inspiration. Bruce Nyquist's cello adds further emotion, only to be matched by Andy O'Connor's soaring lead guitar. Through it all, Otterman's voice ("unquestioningly the best voice I've heard from a Vermont singer in a long time." - Times Argus) pulls the listener into a world based not on gravity and oxygen, but rather rhythm and ecstasy.
