Born August 19, 1968 in Bridgeport, CT. Raised in Wilson, NC from age 4 to adulthood. Experienced a very challenging childhood where drugs were plentiful and violence seemed to be a normal past time. My father was an extreme disciplinarian. According to him, it was required due to my environment. As a child 10 years of age, I witnessed my uncle commit a murder during a family reunion at his home. This gave me a new outlook on life. As a young man witnessing this incident caused me not to fear violent situations and made me wish frequently for a new reality. A reality that I escaped to via drawing and poetry. Once I decided that onlookers were analyzing my drawings with the wrong definitions, I became more embedded in my writting of poetry. Poetry is the language of life! Poetry can be hammered deeply into a listener's soul or lain lightly upon one's mind. I try to do both! I mainly attack my listen's conscience in an attempt to encourage them to make the right decisions in life.
