Driven by their original compositions, PENNYCUFF strives to not only entertain their audience, but more importantly, engage them. This philosophy has been and will always be the cornerstone of the band. It is PENNYCUFF’S desire to take its audience on a journey, to move forward together.
The evolution of this band has brought new members and an instrumental configuration. The band endeavors to stretch their musical capacity, push one another’s talent and create a show that is musically diverse and comprehensive as well as pleasing to their audience. Their show is built upon the shoulders of some of music’s greatest songwriters which serve as a foundation to intertwine and introduce their own original compositions. Grown from the roots of southern rock, blues, country and soul, their originals are gritty, raw and honest. They write, arrange and perform with an obligatory duty to remain true – true to the music, and true to themselves.
