Psyrok is a cross-genre electronica producer and songwriter based in Wellington, New Zealand.
Psyrok most recently released the collaborative EP 'Akinosuke' featuring Swedish vocalist Jenny Larsson (aka Li'l Sister Jen) on his own micro-label Psylince Records. The two artists have never met and until recently had never even spoken, they were introduced during an interview on Radio New Zealand's 'Music 101' show. The Akinosuke EP was created entirely over the internet with Psyrok writing and producing the music and Jenny contributing vocals and some lyrics. 'Akinosuke' has been receiving an excellent response both in NZ and overseas with good reviews and airplay. '
Psyrok's first album 'Volume 1' was released in 2007 on his own micro-label 'Psylince Records' .
