Biography

Remy de Laroque, is an Alternative folk / rock singer born in Paris, France. Remy quietly built up a strong catalog on the indie scene, writing of the Earth, the Gods, and eternal love. Relating tales of self-doubt, self-empowerment and a search for love and healing.

Currently living in New York City. Remy was signed to the label: Carerre in France and released the single “Motel” with the band Dyva .
Remy moved to the US in the 90‘s and released three CDs: “1000 Lives”, “Carol’s on my Mind” and his latest “Where We’re From”. He has built up a strong fan base from performing and touring. He performes at venues like: Rockwood Music Hall, the Living Room, the Bitter End. A sound reminding of Nick Drake and Ray Lamontagne. Remy stands naked like Jeff Buckley, but in the end, it’s him just purely!
