Robert A. Brubaker is a multimedia "Jack-Of-All-Trades" and International Book Award Winning Finalist of two books, "Cup Of Glitter" and "The Bell Ringer" and USA Best Books 2011 Award-Winning Finalist (Illustrator) for "Cup Of Glitter".
Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The Ohio State University with a primary focus in film and video production.
2010 - Robert officially launched Resonant Image Studios, an independent film and video production company that also produces graphic novels, children's stories, interactive games and web design. Film productions will be based on original screenplays and stories created in-house and through licensed works.
After a lot of prayer and soul searching, Robert and his lovely wife Sherry K. Brubaker started Gilded Magic Publishing in 2009 in an attempt to offer readers a unique blend of original high-quality stories and immersive "eye-catching" graphics. Their motto, "Building Character Through Storytelling."
Robert collaborated with Sherry to illustrate her first children's picture book, "CUP OF GLITTER". Out of eleven countries "Cup Of Glitter" was recognized as an Award-Winning Finalist in the 2011 International Book Awards and soon after became a USA Best Books 2011 Award-Winning Finalist.
May 2012, Jeffrey Keen President & CEO of JPX Media Group announced in Los Angeles, California that "The Bell Ringer", the first book Robert had authored AND illustrated, became a 2012 International Award Winning Finalist. "The Bell Ringer" is a heart-warming holiday story about a mischievous young thief who steals a red bucket. For his crime he's sent on an action packed journey through time to discover forgiveness and the true meaning of Christmas.
2012, "The Bell Ringer" will be released on-line as an audio book complete with Hollywood level sound effects, original holiday score and narration.
Robert is excited to continue his collaborative efforts with Gilded Magic Publishing, his wife Sherry and many other authors and artists as Gilded Magic Publishing moves toward building a greater inventory of high quality work.
