Robert Penney is a singer, songwriter, musician and producer.
He is also the original founder of Boca Artists Agency and currantly the President of Partridge Records & Music LLC. based out of Portland, Maine U.S.A.
He is a former member of "The Kings Band" and "Northern Skye " .
He has worked with a number of differant bands over the years and has done session work and production for differant record labels over the years.
Robert has been involved in making music, songwriting, recording and producing since the early 70's.
