Aiden's Song

Inspired doodle that turned into a song about my then unborn son, who always responded positively to me playing to him before he was born. As luck would happen, I was recording with Patrick J. O'Leary at the time on the first volume of the “Kids Need Christmas” CD. I showed him the song, and we put drums to it on the spot. Within a few hours, I had a brilliant drum track that made the song everything I imagined it would be. This was great fun to play and record, and every time I hear it, it makes me think of my beautiful wife and the incredible love we shared bringing this wonderful new life into our family.
