Sandra whole-heartedly believes that we each have a gift to offer, in our lifetime. But what is that gift? Sandra's first CD, "The Law of Chocolate," has become an overnight success. She humorously tells 'the story of chocolate,' where it first came from and how it is made into the scrumptious goodies you enjoy. She continues with the health benefits of chocolate and how destroying the rainforests is literally causing the chocolate supply on earth to suffer. If something isn't done, chocolate will be an 'endangered species,' so to speak, and will be quite expensive to consume. She includes a couple of inspiring stories of chocolate pioneers with the hidden message of "never give up on your dreams." In addition, she includes The Law of Chocolate meditation, a unique visualization using proven techniques, to bring about the results you want in your life, playfully adding "by eating chocolate."
Sandra is a chef who graduated top in her class from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (the CIA), in Hyde Park, New York in 1987. For the past 25 years she's worked alongside her mother, Marion Champlain, cooking for race car teams around the United States and Canada. Their business, Marion's Hospitality, currently feeds several hundred people during race weeks for the American LeMans and Grand-Am series of automobile racing.
