I LOVE to make music. Writing, composing, & creating a new tune is a BLAST ! Playing with others , performing , is the icing on the cake . ( Hmmmmmm... a food metaphor.. I'll diet later- life has so much to offer . ) ; - ))
I wrote journals as a kid , & progressed into wanting to make songs as I learned to play various musical instruments . Both melody & the import of a story mean a lot - even if it's a light subject . Songs , & story- telling : they're really just different expressions of some sort of journey . Traditional folk music , blues , & pop , form some of my favorite musical forms of expression, & I love to bring folks along for the tale .
