Shakhan

BIOGRAPHY

SHAKHAN have been described as Singer Songwriter, Folk and Alternative Rock. Forming after a period of enjoying recording on a 4 track cassette recorder, the idea then was to get a computer based software recording studio and to make a CD. This was fillfilled on a G3 mac 300mhz runnning cubase with the DIY album The System. This was followed by a remix in 2011 with band and acoustic versions together with a set of 18 songs in the album FORGOTTEN TREE which has an acoustic flavour. Not short on musical material later that year a more electronic and alternative set was released under the name WHAKAKA.
