BIOGRAPHY
Sharon Azrieli Perez:
Born in Montreal, Sharon is a graduate of the Juilliard School of Music and l'Universite de Montreal, as well as
Vassar College and the Parsons School of Design.
She has performed on many international stages and her repertoire is varied and diverse.
Operatic roles include: Aida,(Aida, Verdi) Tosca,(Tosca, Puccini) Leonora (La Forza del Destino, Verdi) and Mimi (La Boheme, Puccini)
Always passionate and exciting, Sharon was hailed as a "mistress of merry inflections and piquant phrasing" by the New Yorker's Andrew Porter. She has also concertised extensively with orchestras around the world, including the Jerusalem Philharmonic,
the McGill CHamber Orchestra, and the New West Symphony, where she sang the Soprano Solo in the Verdi Requiem.
