Released on April 16th, 2005... Spank's hard rock six track debut EP from is essentially a taste of the first full length album which was to be released a year later. The CD was a limited pressing of only 500 discs. "Spank" was produced by Mitch Easter (REM, Let's Active, Pavement, Suzanne Vega, Marshall Crenshaw). Standout tracks include "The Hardest Part", "Longtrain" and "Feels Like Home".
After the self titled EP, SPANK's first full length album "The Monkey" (which also includes the six tracks from the debut EP) was released on May 16th, 2006. "The Monkey" was also produced by Mitch Easter. Standout tracks include "Abandon", "If I Could Find A Way" and "Reach".
With an official release date of 1/1/2008, Spank's 10 track sophomore album "Get Bent" started off '08 with a bang! "Get Bent" produced by Mitch Easter includes the standout tracks "Back To Me", "Breathing", "In Time" and "Step Out Of Line".
A special 5 track single called "Within' Without" was released on August 26th, 2008. The title track was produced by legendary producers Mitch Easter and Beau Hill (Ratt, Winger, Warrant, Alice Cooper, Roger Daltrey). Two tracks each from Spank's "The Monkey" & "Get Bent" are also included.
Spank's 3rd full length album "What Doesn't Kill Us", released 4/24/12 was again produced by Mitch Easter. Standout tracks include "Velvet Oz", "Falling Down", "Abduction" and a killer cover of Pink Floyd's "Run Like Hell".
A Spank single only release "Lifeline" produced by Mitch Easter & John Pfiffner was released on 7/15/14. Mastered at Sterling Sound by Greg Calbi.
