Biography

I am a composer / songwriter and a multi-Instrumentalist on keyboard / guitar / percussion & vocals. I am n experienced recording engineer / producer, working on Macintosh with Pro-Tools for 10 years. I live and work Jersey Shore, near Asbury Park. I have written and produced many commercial audio and video projects. Included are radio / t.v. commercials that aired nationally. I have a 10 cd catalog of original instrumental music that I created. Each CD in my catalog represents a different period in my life, and time in my musical exploration. The main premise of instrumental music to me, is to be free of the lyrical and melody predominance over the song, and to let the subtle layers and sonic beauty of the musical tones and instruments take president. I love starting with nothing,..not even an idea or notion of a song, and playing and mangling the sound possibilities until I get a kick out of hearing something strange and unique. Enjoy. S K C
