Born in Southern California, Steve Meyer now lives in Vail Colorado, the Big Island of Hawaii and frequents a home in the Philippines. Steve started his career while attending San Diego State and played in the clubs in the area his senior year. After college Steve moved to Mammoth California and entertained at several clubs from 1980-1986. He also spent summers in Catalina Island where also entertained from Spring until Fall. In 1985 Steve started his own record label and was successful as a talent scout for major record labels and was also a successful producer. In the fall of 1986 he decided to save being a producer and record company owner for his older age and went to work in Vail Colorado. Steve is still playing in Vail Colorado from Thanksgiving through the first week of April to this day and is scheduled through 2013. He performs at the Club in downtown Vail. Currently Steve has re dedicated himself to his song writing and has a new album scheduled for early 2012 called Dream Writer. From April until Thanksgiving Steve travels between Hawaii, Vail, California and the Philippines. Steve had his first child on July 4 2011 with his wife Janice. His new baby girl "Summer Haven Meyer" will be taking over for Steve at the Club , Thanksgiving of 2032 so get your tickets early.
