String Theory mixes jazz, blues, rock, classical, and folk music to create musical images that surprise and entertain. Best described as experimental in spirit, the band integrates Jazz, African, Latin, and rock rhythms, weaving together interesting phrasings and unusual time signatures. On two guitars, banjo, and sometimes fiddle, String Theory alternates voices on both original songs as well as music by Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, Django Reinhardt, Antonin Dvorak, Willie Dixon, and the Zombies.
