A Canadian pianist and composer Sunny Choi’s piano music was initially discovered from her popular YouTube videos, where she took modern popular music from various genres and interpreted many of these top- charting songs into solo piano music.
Choi is an influential figure in the music industry when it comes to successfully being able to not only deliver the familiarity of the piano instrument among classical music lovers but also to younger generations as well as to non- classical music listeners that simply love listening to music in general.
The Billboard magazine listed Choi in its ‘Next Big Sound’ chart, which lists the fastest accelerating artists during the past week, across all major social music sites, statistically predicted to achieve future success.
