T. Church was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up performing in plays, singing in the school choir, and dancing in many local talent shows.
These experiences eventually molded him into being a complete entertainer and more than just an artist.
He was considered a great writer in grade school by his teachers and peers and began producing music by the age of 18. He was heavily influenced
by artist with meaningful and clever lyrics such as Nas, Rakim, KRS-1, Biggie and Jay-Z. He admired several producers. Jermaine Dupri, Dr. Dre
and Kanye West to name a few.
He’s rocked shows all over! In Detroit he’s performed at Cobo Hall, Hart Plaza, The Fox Theatre, The Masonic Temple, The African American Museum,
nightclubs and other venues. He’s also performed some of his more inspiring music at many local Church’s and community events, and he’s well
recognized in the city of Detroit. He’s also appeared on The Bobby Jones Show that airs on BET. He’s sold over 10,000 CD’s independently and has
thousands of downloads on itunes.
He spent several years as an on air personality in the City of Detroit on many radio & television stations. He left it all behind to focus more on his
music and acting and now he’s relocated to Hollywood, CA determined and destined for superstardom!
