Some album reviews
“There's some great songs on Devil Rides White Horses, some great delivery. It sounds like everyone else, but no one else. One of the most original and exciting albums I've heard in a long time.” ****1⁄2

'Ma Ma Mr. Nice' is a really upbeat slice of indie rock with a bit of experimentation from the electronic side of things which they have managed to blend into their sound pretty nicely. In a way Tenderhooks remind me of my favourite American soft rock band The Presidents of the United States of America, Tenderhooks are just a slight bit softer and a lot more poppy. 'Ma Ma Mr. Nice' features beautiful melodies and great in your face choruses. 4/5 Reviewed by Trigger
The third album from singer songwriter Markus Leinweber's alter ego Tenderhooks is steeped in the psychedelic songwriting style of the sixties. In particular, the likes of The Beatles, Dylan, and The Kinks.

“In fact every song is something of a journey which starts out along familiar lines but nearly always takes a detour for the unexpected leaving it invariably impossible to pin down. And that, quite simply, is the beauty of it.”

“All that, of course, is academic as the album "Devil Rides White Horses" is quite a journey, and may God bless her and all who sail in her.”

“Tenderhooks is a unique artist crafting music that has classic rock influences in songs that are modern and original!”

“I see no reason why Tenderhooks shouldn't be able to reach heights they probably only ever dreamed of. Theirs is innovative, grown-up, pop which calls on cool vibes and original arrangements. Excellent!”
