The Lost in Sin Singers
We started out as a four part southern gospel vocal quartet. All members of the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church adult choir. I talked one of our members into playing bass guitar, another into playing accordion, one of our original members left the group and we added a drummer. Started writing orignal tunes and expanding our cover songs to a variety of genres. Coming from a vocal quartet our harmonies are good and often that is a stumbling block for some bands.
We have been playing enough to where we have our own sound.
The members are Tom Uhlenhake - bass guitar and vocal, Dennis Mueggenborg - accordion and vocals, Worth Lambert - guitar, harmonica, vocal and songwriter, David Kretchmar - drums.
We play around Kingfisher and Oklahoma City.
We once just showed up at a private lake, hooked up all of our pa, amps and drums and gave an inpromptu concert. All twelve people were drinking heavily and they got into it. So we may just show up at your function. The ol' surprise visit.
