The Repercussionists

Biography

Fans have compared the Repercussionists sound with such diverse artists as Pearl Jam, Blue Rodeo, Paul Rogers, and Chris Cornell. But in the end the Repercussionists are simply one thing - a rock band. Since the release of their debut recording, Mistakes and All, in November 2008, Isaac Stowe (lead vocal, guitar), Ricky Ferris (lead guitar, vocals), Stephen Terry (bass, vocals), and Amy Negus (drums) have been playing to appreciative audiences in and around Halifax, NS. Their songs have been well received on college radio and streaming radio in Canada, the US and the UK.

The Repercussionists are currently preparing to record and release their second independent CD which is anticipated in fall 2009. A combination of modern influences infused within the band's traditional rock and folk base, those who hear it are sure to be impressed. Keep your eyes and ears open for a Repercussionists performance near you, as the band expands their repertoire and anticipates the future with optimism and just a tiny bit of amazement.
