Todd began playing guitar at a very early age. The son of a professional midwest pianist he grew up with music in the home. He has had several instructors and instruction styles and after high school, Todd began his most structured training as a classical performance major in college. He was later accepted to Musicians Institute however life changed it's course and he was never fortunate enough to attend. Todd has had the privelige of playing with several wonderful musicians over the years in one form or another (bands, recording, workshops, etc.) which continues to open his eyes and ears to several influencial sounds. Todd's debut CD is several years in the making and most all of his influences can be heard on this CD in one form or another, hence the title Heterogeneous.
