Tommy Rynick

Tommy Rynick is a country boy, living in rural, northeast Pennsylvania. He started performing with the country group "The Rainbow Ramblers". After 10 years with that group, he bought an auto service and repair business, and eventually started jamming with fellow musicians in his garage in the evenings. It wasn't long until people started to call him, wanting to book his new band, so he was back performing with his own group the Krazy Kats. He performed with this group for several years, until one morning he was going to work and was hit head on by another car. Tommy was laid up for several months , but it afforded him with the opportunity to travel to Nashville, Tennessee, to see what his chances were with some songs he had written. Upon his return home, he had the opportunity or working with Ernie Ashworth, of "Talk Back Tremblin Lips" fame. Ernie set up a recording session for Tommy to record his songs, and opened up a whole new path for Tommy and his group. They changed the name of the group to Tommy Rynick and the Country Travelers, a name that more aptly discribed the group as they began traveling the biggest part of the eastern United States and even into Canada, playing carnivals, clubs, state fairs, and many military bases along the way. A few years later he went back to Nashville for another recording session, and since then has been recording in his own studio back home. Since his retirement, he still performs in a much closer to home circle of clubs, carnivals and fairs, but is kept very busy writing new material and recording new albums. CD Baby has given him a new way of connecting with his fans that wasn't possible in the days of Nashville. Tommy would like to thank CD Baby and Host Baby for making his dreams a reality, and for giving him a way of connecting with his long time fans. Country fans are the most loyal fans in the whole, wide world, and Tommy would like to thank each and every one of them for their loyalty and friendship. He hopes you enjoy his latest single, which will also be included in his new album to be released shortly. Thank again to all and as Roy Rogers would say, Happy Trails to you.
