Twice Around: A guy, a girl, and a couple guitars. A modern, yet semi-throwback folk duo from Connecticut. Formerly two thirds of the trio FreeFall, longtime friends Frank Veres and Luisa Tanno have been making music together since 1996. Their sound could be classified as Contemporary Folk with essence of Pop and Melancholy. Their debut release "Short Story Long", a collection of 12 original songs, reflects their sense of play and a retro affinity for melody. The foundation of their music is acoustic guitar and vocals and their songs are supported by a full production and interesting instrumentation on the album.
