Based in Long Beach, California, two best friends that are 80s/Hip-Hop/Pop Reggae influenced formed a musical group and called themselves ViceVersa (also known as members of the trio group called Universal Speakers) “Vice” is Laotian and “Versa” is Cambodian and their parents immigrated here as refugees. Musical influences consist of Missy Elliott, Pharcyde, Musical Youth, Bone Thugs and Harmony, and Freestlye Music Artists such as Debbie Deb and Stevie B.
