Wynne C Blue and her Troublefakers

Biography

Wynne C Blue originally formed The Troublefakers in 2005 with a group of fellow software engineers looking for a creative outlet. As songs developed, though, it became clear their combination of talents was worth sharing and a band was born.

Led by singer/songwriter Wynne C Blue, The Troublefakers have been practicing their brand of powerpop in the Seattle metropolitan area of the Pacific Northwest. Wynne's songwriting influences include Better than Ezra and Indigo Girls, and her vocal style has been compared to both Chrissie Hynde and Gwen Stefani.

In 2008, the band name was changed to promote Wynne's vocal performance and songwriting strengths. The band affectionately remains as her Troublefakers. With bandmates Ed McKenzie on bass, Ron Allen on guitar, and Donnie Ivan on drums, Wynne C Blue's sound includes a healthy mix of blues, rock, coffeehouse, dance, and hook-heavy pop sure to grab your attention.
