another tangent is a San Francisco based band known for its eclectic musical style. Deeply steeped in rock and blues, they deliver a range of music that spans many genres, including ska, punk, country, folk, funk and soul. This mix comes as a result of the diverse makeup of the band. Damian is an Irish native from Clare, a region famous for its traditional Irish music. Jim is a Bay Area native and whiskey throated vocalist whose musical influences cover the spectrum from Black Sabbath and Cream to Jaco Pastorius and Bob Marley. Hard-hitting drummer Mark hails from Cleveland and boasts a background as both an acid-house DJ and music producer.
