BIOGRAPHY

David Brookings has released 5 albums as of Spring 2010. He moved to San Jose from Memphis TN in the fall of 2009. For nearly 7 years he was a tour guide at Sun Studio in Memphis, where Elvis and Johnny Cash got their starts. His sound is more 1966 than 2010, as he is hugely influenced by the Beatles, Beach Boys, Rolling Stones and similar early rock n roll groups and artists. Managing to sound retro and modern, he is constantly writing songs and planning the next record. CDBaby has worked with David selling records since 2005.
