notes
Carl Rosen is a Charlotte, NC based keyboardist singer who has extensively toured the college circuit as well as some theme parks and Casino-Resorts . The release "...in case you haven't heard..." is a compilation disc of Carl's 2 previous releases "FIRELANDS" and "TWILIGHT DREAMER". Produced by Charlotte Producer Jamie Hoover ( Spongetones Don Dixon , Marti Jones) and the last 7 tracks produced by Minneapolis guiratist/producer Billy MCLaughlin (Narada Recording Artist) Of the 17 songs, no two are alike. You will hear world beat, mainstream pop, arena-type rock, some balads and most powerful vocal and keyboard work. Expect a new CD from Carl this summer entitled "ECHO OF THE SILENCE". Carl performs all keyboards, harmonica and most vocal harmonies. Tracks 1-10 feature Jamie Hoover on all guitars except song #7 which features Spongetone member Pat Walters on lead guitar with Jamie. Songs 11-16 feature guitar and mandolin all perormed by Billy McLaughlin.

Innovative, but with a solid rock base.
author: Sharon M.A showcase for Rosen's originality - with a little help from his friends! All of the songs have a "new" feel while being solidly built on the rock tradition. Keyboard tracks are outstanding. Keep 'em coming, Carl!
