Casey Rankin is an American Singer/Songwriter living in Tokyo Japan since 1971. In 1974 he started a band called Short Hope with Freeman McLarty, a Canadian piano player, Mike Dunn, a Bass player from New Zealand, Carlos DeCouto and Rob Brill.
